High School: O'Leary was a four-year letter winner in wrestling at Francis Howell High School, and was a three-time Missouri state tournament qualifier. He was second in 2010, and third in 2009. He won his conference tournament from 2009-10. He received Academic All-Conference honors from 2008-11, and also was on the honor roll all four years of high school.
Personal: O'Leary was born to Dan and Marshell O'Leary in Florrissant, Mo. He has an older sister, Mandy. He is studying bioengineering and wants to pursue a career in the medical field. He also received interest from Bucknell, Applachian State and Tennessee-Chattanooga.
